1. Singing is permitted, but should be a song we all know
2. Dancing is permitted, but should be akward or strobe light related
3. If the door is closed, we're napping
4. If you are eating chocolate...we should be eating chocolate

May I suggest:
Always ask if anyone has to pee before taking a shower.
..Or the door might be closed because katy is dancing in the bedroom.
If there are socks or underware out on the patio...they probably belong to someone who doesn't actually live there.
...at least if the past is any indicator of the norms.
